The founding price is $9.99 USD for the complete planner. Checkout clearly shows the price before payment. No card is required to use the free planner or the full-feature example.

What you receive

Automatic repair, alternative schedules, batch splitting, quantity trials, unlimited saved local plans, portable exports, and next-year duplication. Complete access works on the website and supported mobile app after purchase verification with the same Seedling Space account email. For a website purchase, use your checkout email. For an App Store purchase, use Restore purchases with the Apple Account that purchased it, then connect your Seedling Space account. This restores feature access, not lost device-local gardens or photos.

Refund policy

If the complete planner is not right for you, request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Include the checkout email and receipt reference, not your full card details. Approved refunds return through the original payment method, and paid access is removed. Free features remain usable. Any mandatory consumer rights still apply.

Where to request a refund

For website purchases billed through Stripe, contact our support address below. For purchases billed by Apple, request a refund through Apple’s Report a Problem service; Apple handles its payment and refund decision. Contact us if you need help identifying your purchase or exercising an existing refund right. This process explanation does not reduce existing purchase commitments or mandatory consumer rights.

Payment issues

A canceled checkout leaves your plan unchanged. If the charge succeeds but access is not visible, use “Recover a purchase” in the Complete planner dialog. Email links are single-use and expire after 20 minutes.
